Tank Weld is a steel-reinforced, non-rusting epoxy putty that can be hand-mixed to quickly repair or rebuild metal objects. Once the putty is mixed, it forms a strong polymer compound that can be molded into shapes or used to patch and repair steel components. Tank Weld sets in just 5 minutes and can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed, and painted after 60 minutes. It has a tensile strength of 900 PSI and can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees F.

J-B Weld TankWeld is a two-part epoxy putty stick that is specially formulated to repair and rebuild various holding tanks. It is resistant to petroleum, hydraulic fluids, and harsh chemicals once fully cured. TankWeld is NSF certified and safe for use with potable water.

Once the two parts of TankWeld are mixed together, it takes 5 minutes to set and fully cures in just 1 hour. The cured color is dark grey, and it has a tensile strength of 4000 PSI. TankWeld can be molded, shaped, sanded, drilled, and tapped for various applications.
